Attended workshop for Diploma of Leadership and Management. It was very well delivered and easy to understand. The workshop was very engaging.

I enrolled in Workplace Assessor upgrade. Had a great facilitator, she made this course very interesting and easy to understand.

I am enrolled in TAE40116. Pace of training was so good with good sized group which helped with the activities.

I love training at Pivot, trainers are excellent, the support is always available and I genuinely feel I have the knowledge and skills required.

The trainer was fantastic and patient. Questions were frequent and she answered them fully. The content was delivered in a positive and energetic manner and was made easy to understand the topic.

The Trainer has very relaxed persona. Enjoyed the team work approach for the validation. Great focus on validation giving better depth of understanding for design, review and validation. Extremely helpful.

I attended forklift training, it was very helpful. Trainer was very straight forward. did everything so I got better understanding on how operations and safety works.

I thoroughly enjoyed the training.  The last two days have helped immensely with my understanding of the units and I am looking forward to completing the assessments.  I really appreciated the depth of information provided on the day and the way it was presented.  It made for a really enjoyable two days out of the office and has left me well equipped to complete the tasks.

I don’t think you could improve any areas; due to the unprecedented circumstances we find ourselves in. Camilla is always available when needed. I think you guys have gone beyond the call of duty, total professionalism, all the way through. Congratulations.

Online delivery has its challenges. Jennifer did a great job ensuring participants were all engaged and involved.

I found the virtual meetings to be very smooth over all and it was helpful having the layout where we had breaks to complete some of the assignments and then return to the group.

Although there was much to cover and pick up the trainer’s friendly and assuring style made learning extremely enjoyable and fun for me!

Melissa has been a superstar on this course handling the volume of students she has. She has turned herself inside out to accommodate every persons queries and learning levels. Never has she been dismissive or disengaged, rather she has forgone her own personal time to assist struggling students.  Her teaching has been informative and concise and has been relatable to all levels, her willingness to put in extra hours to encourage struggling students has been so impressive and a huge factor in keeping, at least one student I know, coming back each day.

I owe her a huge debt of gratitude for engaging and encouraging me and allowing me the latitude to assist my co-worker when she was struggling. Thank you
