This program covers two (2) units of competency:
- TAELLN411 Address Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy Skills
- TAEASS502 Design & Develop Assessment Tools

Trainers and Assessors who wish to maintain their qualifications requirements as per RTO Standards 2015.
Entry Requirements:
Please note that this is a blended-learning delivery and requires work to be completed in the workplace following the program to complete the assessment requirements.
Qualification Certification:
Upon successful completion of assessment requirements for this program you will receive a Statement of Attainment for TAEASS502 Design and Develop Assessment Tools and TAELLN411 Address Adult Language Literacy and Numeracy Skills. Participants who do not wish to complete formal assessment will be provided with a Statement of Attendance to evidence relevant professional development.
Following Completion:
Participants will be able to share their knowledge with colleagues and will hold a unit which can form part a relevant Qualification.
