Why TAELLN411 Address Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy Skills

The aim of this unit is not to create LLN practitioners of Trainers and Assessors rather just provide the skills and knowledge for Trainers and Assessors to be able to understand the core LLN skill requirements of the training and ensure that the training and assessment is tailored to meet the individual requirements of the learners.
In this program you will learn how to:

    • Navigate the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF)
    • Analyse the LLN Requirements for  training and assessment
    • Support learners in skill development
    • Identify where specialist support is required
